Further to my earlier message I can now confirm that the Chairman will be allowing members of the public to speak at tomorrow's meeting in line with the practice permitted at meetings of the Planning Development Control Committee.
If you are attending with a number of people it is proposed that a spokesperson should be appointed to avoid any duplication of statements and he/she will be permitted approximately 2-3 minutes to read a prepared statement.
Please note that members of the Committee may wish to ask questions on the points that you raise.
